| Mr.
Rechs received his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University
in 1991, majoring in Political Science with an English minor.
He later taught
a general curriculum and coached tennis and basketball He currently resides in Pacific Beach with his wife, Shannon, who also practices law. Mr. Rechs received his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in the Fall of 1996. He is an experienced trial attorney who has handled cases ranging from consumer fraud to medical malpractice and personal injury. He is involved in a number of public service activities including the Volunteers in Parole program for youths, where he has been recognized for his valuable voluntary participation as a mentor. Also, he provides over 50 hours of pro bono work to clients each year. He is currently in the process of obtaining his Masters of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University. Mr. Rechs is well versed in the areas of consumer litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and contract law.
