Result:
Mistrial due to juror misconduct. As a result, a settlement was reached.
Plaintiff
alleged that a used car dealership had fraudulently sold him a 2000 Toyota
4Runner with hidden frame and suspension damage. A settlement was ultimately
obtained on behalf of the Plaintiff in the amount of $30,000.00,
in addition to rescission of the purchase agreement.
