San Diego Superior Court Case No. GIC788753
Result: Settlement of $87,500.00
The Plaintiff suffered lower back injuries, resulting from a rear end automobile collision.

Jane Doe v. Doe Hospital
Result: Settlement of $75,000.00
Details regarding the parties are confidential. This was a medical malpractice case, wherein Plaintiffs alleged that the Defendant fell below the standard of care in its treatment of their father, who had an aortic aneurysm.

Amiel v. Dean, et. al.
San Diego Superior Court Case No. GIC800529
Result: Settlement of $44,000.00
Plaintiff suffered soft tissue back and neck injuries resulting from an automobile collision.

Mendoza v. Lucci, et. al.
San Diego Superior Court Case No. GIC 764185
Trial: 2-19-02 (3 days)
Result: Mistrial due to juror misconduct. As a result, a settlement was reached.
Plaintiff alleged that a used car dealership had fraudulently sold him a 2000 Toyota 4Runner with hidden frame and suspension damage. A settlement was ultimately obtained on behalf of the Plaintiff in the amount of $30,000.00, in addition to rescission of the purchase agreement.
